BUILT NOT BOUGHT!
Me and a friend swapped out a LS in a day,got it running the next day because we wore waiting on the clutch. It can be done in a day if you have all the right tools and a friend to help you out.
We will be pulling my motor in about a month it looks like an should have it out in about 1.5 hours start to finish with the tranny but there is really nothing to my engine
How many people working with you?
Yea I'm goin with 2 stage, one of my friends had his car done at maaco about 6 months ago and paint isent sticking too well it's comin off in a few places.

make a cardboard template that lines up with the edge of the fender and the top edge of the fender, mark you location for the side marker on it, use it to mark one fender, now flip it to the opposite side and line it up on the opposite fender using the same reference marks, mark the othe side marker location, now both are in exactly the same location,
we rip the motor out in like an 1hour then goof off then we realize we are missing something and end up running around trying to find it for like an hour then we put the motor in takes us about 30 to an hour, then we eat and goof off for an hour or two then we put everything back, fire up the car then drop it to the ground. we never done a swap without goofing around or not missing something that makes us run around looking for it.

I heard, dont know if its true, that some PRO drag racer would even do a swap after a race ( if the motor goes bad from previous race.)
ya i know .. but its but im just takin my engine out and then sending to nastie for them to do my b16 ... but i wanna make sure my bay is clean and ready to go.

i hate the weather, cant do anything or go anywhere but its giving me the chance to spend time with my daughter and my lady since i went back to work. and you?
thats good man .. ahh just chillin with the girlfriend she decided to spend the night and help me with my car "well she tried" but ya its pretty chill i like the rain .. but its alittle chilly.
