Dam bro I use to drick soda just like you pepsi, coke, all the good stuff but I recently stop due to the fact that my son might need a kidney transplant and I changed my way off eating some times is good to take care of your self cuz you never now when something like that might happen.

 

im like the complete opposite of most people. People have a hard time quiting smoking or drinking alcohol. I can quit those cold turkey. but when it comes to soda i just cant do it. i love my pepsi! Once i start working imma cut down on the soda though. hopefully.

 

I say just keep the eg and come thru with your plans that you had for it I bet it will look dope once finished.

 

if u can't quit completely just drink one can a day. The first time I quit soda sucked I was always tired coca cola was my coffee in da morning dam that sucked. So what I did was just one a day and go from there now some days I don't even drink soda ill bring some jumex drinks or a gatorade. My family didn't belive me that I was going to cut back just I tried it like5 or 6 times same with smokeing, now my kidneys don't hurt when I'm walking or runnin try it bro eventually ill work.

Cut back on soda gradually then drink diet than drink carbonated water with juice

 

i just moved to diet soda, from drinking 5-7 cans a day, big jump, cutting all those calories cuts alot of weight
