was up u guys well i have a question im doing a obd1 92-95 d15b vtec swap into my 97 civic ex(blew a rod bearing) well my question is.....should i change the timing belt while the motor is out of the car or after it is in and does anyone have a link on a how to maybe with picts. .....p.m the answer please thanx

heres a pic from yesterday, the girl that shot this is doing a flyer for our charity meet so my car is going to be on one of them hehe



also the car does not have to be in gear, set #1 piston to TDC along with the cam gear, slide the belt on, adjust tension, rotate motor make sure tension is still correct and replace your covers and you are good to go

 

anybody got a obd1 o2 sensor laying around they would want to send me i need a new one, mine took a big poopy on me yesterday

yup exactly it takes a month active in the thread to be active.

Well got my tach wired up, my front speakers installed, got my radio put in but then it took a **** lol, but i hook power and ground to battery and it works i dunno it worked fine until i put a cd in it and it gave an error. Oh well

got a new o2 sensor put in, check engine light finally went off, turned my fuel pressure down a bit and now the car idles like butta thank god.

 

Hey I may be getting a GSR swap bad news. It's a DOHC No more SOHC squad. Can I still be joined with the CBR?
