so hows that temporary fix....is it holding up?

well so far with this car i have done a full tune up, new hub, new fuel filter oil change, new dash harness, new mirrors, the shortblock may be ticking a bit. I have a guy that wants to trade me his 93 z34 lumina for my 49cc mini quad, then that would give me the time to part the car out.

But on a side note, the whole reason i couldnt put the civic back together is because of a busted bolt in the block for the water pump, well i got the bolt out yesterday so now i just need a headgasket and timing belt, but that doesnt help me solve the original problem of why the motor just idled down and died on me while driving, or just sitting in the driveway. and why the tension on the timing belt got so great or while the tbelt started to smoke, i assumed that it was a bad water pump but the pump spun freely with no issues, looser than the new one but still spun, same with the tensioner.

the car still needs a vss, alignment and inner tie rod ends to be in ok shape as well.

 

ugh stupid f*cking kids, so a couple weeks ago a few of my neighbors and I have our CD players stolen out of our cars right, police suspect it to be a couple of kids that live about 4 houses up from me, well i get a text this morning from my wife (i leave the house when its still dark for work) and she tells me that somebody wrote all over my garage door, i thought maybe my 3 year old did it, but she said there was alot, and there was a block E written on it as well, so now im thinking that those same kids now tagged my garage door, wtf?

I never go do anything to tick anybody off, i work come home tinker with the cars or play with my kids, now i feel like im being targeted by these little punks and cant do anything about it, these kids are like 14-15 years old and im 27, i would much rather the police handle the situation then me have to, but being a car guy i know how to really screw up somebodies day without doing any harm to their vehicles. but i would rather not resort to that you know?

exactly what i did, they said they arent really able to do much, they are trying to work a line up for the witness on the cd players and such being stolen, and there was a tag behind one of the houses that was 100% gang related (in sioux falls frickin south dakota of all places)

I mean a gang really in a city of 154,997 people we really have gangs, thats just retarded beyond belief, i know a few are biker gangs of course with the sturgis rally here but a hard core gang that breaks into cars and steals their cd players in a fricken trailer park, give me a break g thugs lol.

nice four door, clean bay, what wires are those and i love the heat sheild,
temp fix, well idk i thought it dried alot faster than it did, cause im super impatient and put it on it feels alot better that the super shitty mount that the rubber was completly torn, but there was some on the sides i tried to scrape off and i scraped off a nice big layer with wet polyurethane undernethe, i think your supposed to give it like three days to cure, i gave it 24 hours before i put it on, and like ten after that before i peeled the stuff off, long story short i found a mint mount in the junkyard i will be putting it on later this week, dont be cheap like me!
i do have some nice things tho, some updates since ny computer hasnt been working maybe i show you some pics?

 

That's why I have security cams all over my house. As soon as they do something again, you take the video right to the cops and it's handled. It's hard to argue with video. Cameras are so cheap now a days, and they are easy to set up.

woot just found out that my apexi muffler isnt a ws2 like i thought it was, turns out its a discontinued hard to find gen 1 muffler from apexi its like the first version of the world sport, i was looking at getting rid of it, but damn glad im not going to now lol
