do you still have the originals on the car? if so, its a bitch, but if you get a big pair of channel lock pliers and squeeze the washer hard while you turn, it should pop out, at least mine did.

make sure you have a new washer & that lil crush washer thing, and also mine did not come with new jam nuts, it wasn't a big deal, i was able to reuse the originals.

its pretty straight forward, just be careful with the boot, and find a good write-up to follow if you have never done them before.

Well this thread hasnt been moving very far lately. We need some nice single cam pics up in this biotch! Has anyone here done a crazy valve cover like this one? Im curious as to what it takes to make a beautiful work of art like this one.

having the bolts isn't that bad, i got those already, thanks though. the bad part is, the bolt is actually still in the head. so far down in the hole, that the top part of the hole is filled with oil. i'm gonna have to take it to a machine shop.

if it crush bends then that gets worse flow so you could remove the flange and weld the cat and down pipe together

i thought about that but i really dont want to weld it all together in case i want to run a test pipe, the down pipe comes down at an angle were the cat meets and i think it just slowly bent down, i wonder if i could just get another down pipe and it fix it, but every i know have one piece headers and mine is 2
