Jesus this thread hauls *** sometimes.

To the guys talking about tattoos, what does it feel like. I'm going to be starting mine within the next few months and I'm not scared of the pain, but I'm curious what I'm in for.

i have two tattoos the first one didn't hurt bad but it was jus outlining and filling in but my second one, hurt like hell, both tatts were in same spot opposite leg, but the second one they had to blend the two colors, that was some nice pain there for me.

depends on what you want, i have dailyd two differnt cams, first one was a exospeed race a6 cam was pretty lopey but not bad at all, definately kicked ***. The one i have currently is a crower stage 2 street/strip cam, definately lopey, took me a bit to get my valve lash set right, still havent degreed it out for my gear yet, and the car is untuned, but i can tell a difference.

I just want a simple daily driver with power... Somthin like bore the block port and polish, headworks... Street clutch and maybe light flywheel... Maybe a greddy catback... But for the other parts i dont know which will match each other... Or maybe add rods and pistons... Thats what i want... I dont have an idea how much horses will it gain tho... Can you give me some option on which path to take but not too much of money...?

I want my DD to have a decent amount of power, but I definitely want to stay single cam and prefer to work with the Z6 I already have in my car, what kind of power can I make with somewhat simple bolt ons? I plan to buy an extra P28 within the next couple weeks and send it in to Phearable.net to have it tuned. Would 175-200 whp be out of the question?

alright some updates to the front page, 89s1 #17 and i removed type r nammer since we havent really heard from him.

i still need pics for members 17-20. i dont just want to grab pics so please let me know which ones you want used for the front page.

i also fixed my stupid sedan. i was using an obd1 fuel rail with an obd0 intake manifold and obd0 injectors. i think the rail is higher flow than the stock obd0 rail so i switched everything back to the way it was supposed to be.

i took off the head and i had gas mixed with some coolant in the cylinders and the sleeves. i blew it all out with my air compressor, put on the new gasket and it fired up first try. smells like *** but that will go away in a few days. i cant really drive it yet until i get my new rad/fan, thermo, and change the oil.

maybe copper spray? "painting" it wouldnt do anything. copper spray is like an adhesive for HG's, supposed to make up for any inperfections on the block/head.

175 to 200whp wouldnt be out of the question, but you are looking at some bucks to get to that point. My setup im going to be doing is going with a bisi header, hondata s300, obx itbs, rc 440cc injectors, 255lph fuel pump, tuned on e85 and im only going to maybe be around 160 or so if im lucky and its tuned right. but that setup right there is around 2500 bucks, if you want it relativly cheap, you can do a homemade turbo setup for around a grand and be around that 200whp mark easily at 7-8 psi of boost.

if you want something decent for the street as a daily i would go with the crower cam, cam gear, vafc, clean up the ports on the intake mani, clean up the head a bit, make sure that your motor is in good condition down on the bottom end, you can do p29 pistons on the stock z6 rods to be right around 12.5:1 compression, but if you start moving compression and such you need to start thinking about fuel and valve train. You could do the standard intake header exhaust and then throw on a 75 shot of nitrous as well, but just make sure you have the cam and cam gear, or at least the gear to retard the timing about a degree to compinsate for the timing the ecu is going to put in because of the nitrous
