I currently have the GE kit and I don't think the line is big enough to supply the proper amount of oil to my head. I noticed some wear last time I did a head gasket.
i run the golden eagle kit no problems so far OOOOooOOOoOOOOoOOoH

I have a golden eagle kit on my car, but the guy before me upgraded that line to a little bigger one, he was running about 550whp though...

Kuppa, check your thermostat also, it may not be opening, colant could be leaking there?

If its your hg, like the guys said its not that bad, I could do one in my sleep I think lol

Endyn sells a nice kit. They also use that kit on GSR's, B16's ,etc for added oil flow to the head.

What are some of your thoughts on my running my GE LS Vtec Kit AND the Endyn sandwich plate adapter. I would have two sources of oil to keep the head lubricated..

Was also thinking about that but bigger fittings and a line are like $60. LoL. Figure I'd spend the extra hundred and go with the sandwich plate kit which seems like it would flow more oil.

I don't car what you do to your car.
Build it for you not someone else and certainly not to please others.

Running straight water is bad unless it's distilled. Impurities in the water will gum up the system and cause it to rust. Running 50/50 water and quality coolant.

Is your water pump leaking? Thermostat could be stuck open. Change it with an OEM one and see what happens.
