My current hatch is shaved and smoothed out - no holes in it.. but it was poorly done, my spare has a small dent that I'm trying to fix, but has 2 sets of holes.. Stock and one for a ricer spoiler, they need some sanding to make it look alright again, but yeah it fits that hatch fine.. Stock holes and all. Only the sides are welded shut ..

no new progress with the DA, i'm waiting for some parts and a cherry picker, but i managed to snap a pic of my sti

edit: i take that back, i've been doing some tucking of wires while i'm waiting for engine parts...that's about all you guys get for a progress report i'll snap some pics when the motor goes in. i'm pretty busy with this class i'm in right now and probably won't have any time at all in the next 3-4 weeks to get this motor in, but i'm definitely workin on it!!!

1. tell us about your da. how long have u had it? what was it like when u got it compared to now?

Its a 1991DA I have had it for 1 year tomorrow. I use to drive on the left side now I drive on the right do to a RHD conversion that was done in 3 days. I like the DA because the motor was strong my first twincam. Very roooomy inside love the bodylines the whole cars flows together nicely.

2. what do you like about your DA? why you chose it as a car? Its roomy inside, handles great, runs strong, and it has a sunroof!
3. what are your future plans for your da? Get her painted swap in a fully built LS turbo set up and drive her daily!!
4. why do u want to be in the DA Squad? I want to rep my love for the DA and keep it alive. I want to be apart of the squad to meet fellow members and be apart of the DA squad family..

did the removal of the back seats and panels make the car feel alot lighter, or just barely noticeable?
