so i have some new plans now. my gf's brother is going to bondo that ugly dent on my door and repaint the door, then paint my hood. so now my car will finally be one color again. and then i think im going to polish my slipstreams. woot woot

really? i've been kicking the idea around lately....but i just wanna have something under the hood to back it up first, you know what i mean? lol but of course i'd have to get some black mesh wheels or some sort to get with it. i think itd look sick!

kool beans, let me see how it looks on my car when i get it back on the road, tradin my 17s for 16in slips to rock for awhile

 

so i polished my slips today. all of them the paint came off, except one, it has like white **** underneath the black paint covering the original polish, even the aircraft remover cant take it off, so i am either going to spend hours and hours sanding it down, or just paint the rims white. what do you guys think?

 

spend hours and hours polishing them or you would have wasted your time IMO

 

if its only one wheel it wont be terribly bad. did u already try scuffing it a little bit then using aircraft stripper. that way it can get in the stuff a little better.

 

well i even tried sanding a bit, and it took a long while just to remove a little. but i shall stay motivated. heres a pic of how it looks
