erg i sold the d-bike for 500 to get my b16lsd tranny but had to spend 200 on bills...... i miss driving my car so much...........................

i bought a sunk2 dual bend shifter its for an eg or dc i hope it fits in my car haha i didnt get a da one cuz they r single bend and i think they look retarded

i got a B&M adjustable short throw shifter Straight no bends it kicks ***!!! i miss my old 8 ball **** but i love my new Skunk2 **** ! in pic is a crappy chrome shifter

 

it works great feels like the gears r right next to each other

after awhile it'll feel like you don't even have a short shifter any more. till you drive someone's car that doesn't have a short shifter. you should get a dc stabilizer bar and some poly bushings, then your shifts will be like butter

shifters aren't hard to install it's just that you got to get under the car and depending how dirty it is down there. after i did mine i looked like i finished like a motor swap or something.

so im driving home last night from work and my car starts running kinda funny.
i figured it was cuz i was really low on gas.
so i didnt bother checkn there but this morning when i got up to check it out
turns out my bottom end is knocking
2nd time this has happend to me i just got my car back no more than a month ago from the same problem
i havent driven it hard just a few accelaretes here and there so for now im just gonna continue driving it till i get parts to fix it.

</TD></TR></TABLE> Duude i say dnt drive it no more cuz it could leave u stranded somewhere someday plus in this hot weather?! Just park it n carpool to work! I remember the same happend to my EH where i just ignored the knocking till a couple hrs later it just cut off n died..spun a rod bearing bad!!

well idk im just gonna see what happens.
i have to get around atleast till the end of the week.
then ill just start pulling the motor out see whats up

 

is it a serous knock?? or a small tick or tapping sound? my buddy added to much oil to his LS and it started knocking we draind and refilled it with the correct amount of oil and it stopped and drove fine, were did you get your motor from? i would just get a new LS motor or kick some money out to get a gsr

what do you think slips look good on the DA??
