DO NOT SETTLE RIGHT AWAY! get to a dr and get fully checked out.

that is horrable... take the insurance money and get a new shell as PLS said 4drs are cheap you will be in it well over 5-6k just putting it on the frame strecher, body and paint... and the insurance company is just gonna total it out and give you kelly blue book for it... I got 2500 for hatch wen it was totaled out and that was 6 years ago..
X100000 I got stuck with 8k!! and I have the worst back pain and I have to live with it. the reason I got stuck with 8k is because the insurance agent called and they asked how I was feeling and i said "im ok.." 2 days later I had somone knocking on my door with a check in hand and I had to sign for it releasing them from any future medical bills or expenses.. So watch what you say!! I cannot stress this too much! everything is recorded when they call for legal purposes!

Here's the catch guys. The Guy who hit me was a very good friend of mine.. He realised he was at 100% fault. So I told him we'll just let our insurance take care of it. No cops involved, no reports. Both insurance company was informed today. He gave me very specific details and information.. Getting into accidents with someone you are really close to sucks. But he understands what I've been through with my car. So he's actually trying to help me with the settlement. I really wished none of this would have happened at all or at least a stranger who had hit me but oh well lesson learned... don't 'drive' in front of him. Lol
