IMO, it goes well with the close to luxury style on the EL. to each his own

I can barely read what you wrote. I'm guessing you are asking if DB8 ITR rear seats will fit in your 99 sedan? The answer is yes.

They will fit. I just put a DB8 ITR rear seat in my 99 Saturday. You will have to remove the bracket on the floor where the split fold part of the old seat attaches to and trim off the rear deck plastic that covers the latching parts all the way across. Once you do that you can remove the latches and cut the middle tab off the ITR seat. From there everything fits like a glove.

speaking of placement...how hard is it to line the spoon mirrors up to install on the base plates? is there a template somewhere?

No template brah. Just trial and error. But try to get it as close to the back edge as possible to maximize use of the mirror/view.

I traced the bottom of the mirror and cut it out. Lined that up on the base plates and placed the mirror back on. Figured out what looked best and taped the template down. Drilled holes and bam.

If the fitment and quality is close to oem then yea. But I remember seeing a set for the eg and they were crap. They felt flimsy, not very durable.
