P0rt, your covering of those events in your signature are amazing. Question, How did those imports do at the races? In on of the pics I see import vs import but were there any import going up against American muscle at all?

Thanks! Which event? Typically, the imports are slower. They are the underdogs. It's awesome to see the underdog win every now and then but it's usually the V8's that get to scootin'. I have more events I covered. Search my name or check out the Other Make Vehicles section.

Really? Those things look like they would annoy the living crap outta me.
These are my favorite, you can order them in custom size match-ups. I have three that cover all of the important Honda sizes (8-10, 12-14, 17-19):

I thought that, too. When I saw the Kobalt commercial for theirs. However, my gf said she almost got me one for xmas last year and I've been thinking about them ever since. They seem like a great idea for those quick jobs where you don't want to hunt for sockets and you know there is going to be a range of head sizes. I saw it today and just had to grab one. Time will tell, but I'm excited to put it to use. I already covered the handle with clear shrink tubing to give it a more pleasant feel. My gf got me this last xmas, instead. I'm super happy with it as well.

I think my girl is getting me a new cordless hammer drill and impact set for my birthday... she's bad at keeping secrets, asks too many questions. And she keeps seeing me finger the Hitachis and Bosches at Lowe's

I actually have quite a bit of stuff from there. I'll never buy anything that I expect precision out of (micrometers, screwdrivers, etc), but its great for things that don't get used much or are lost easily. I have an ultrasonic cleaner from there that has tons of miles on it now. Works great.

Hi-Performance wrenches . the 7.2v screwdriver is also a must have, or any nice cordless screwdriver.

Impact swivels if you impact. Non-impact if you don't. Impact sockets are thicker and the swivel sockets do not articulate as much as the non-impact. The interior dimensions are also not as snug as non-impact since they are not chrome dipped.
