Looks like we werent the only ones who decided to take our skis out.. this was about a third of what was down there and its not a huge beach.. the local police now patrol the harbor because of jet ski volume

some friends.

Once again - ya give the camera to the man and you get crappy shots. I caught much bigger waves than that!

Take a look at the hot action shots I caught though!

Mine is still for sale.

Got new front brakes (Pads, SS Lines, Rotors) and hoping to get rid of her for a bike and a nice daily Civic.

yes, im totally pleased with its performance. my only issue with it is its size. i used to have an 01XP. (which they no longer make) and i used to be able to pop it out of the water with no wake whatsoever. simply by shifting my weight. I could almost 180 the ski.. it was smaller and much lighter.. but didnt have nearly as much power.. the RXP takes a big wave to launch.

sooo now im looking to get another older xp cheap so get big air again and freestyle it. id also love to get a standup

that scares me... theres a LOT of skis on our beach.. and they all anchor adjacent to a swimming area.. and theres a lot of kids around.

if you run over someones head you will probably kill them... its no joke.

ive been injured on my skis plenty of times.. in fact today im nursing a banged up hip because i took a spill yesterday chasing a tugboat and jumping off his wake.. usually the injuries occur when you fall off and hit some part of the ski on your way off.

The worst injury ive received was ALMOST a broken jaw and a really bad case of whiplash on another occasion...but no broken bones to date.

gotta get back on the horse my man!

she has a 130DI. i totally agree. im very disappointed with it in that aspect. in a flat out race no one can touch it.. but i dont care about going fast.. i want to be able to pull it out of the water.. and i really cant.. so im going to be getting a 96 xp from someone locally within the next week or so.. Ill keep the rxp for now but i MAY sell it next season. the ultra 150 would be my next choice. we love her 130.

Find someone to help you do it yourself, it'll be really rewarding and make you closer to your car. I had a friend help me out, he showed me the way!

if you are looking to get air i would deff go with a stand up. get the 800 SX-R from Kawi. i personally like the Super Jet (i know it is slower) but i am a Yamaha guy at heart. xp's are pretty sweet too and i agree with being able to toss them around easily.

BTW i work at a yamaha/kawasaki/sea doo/ polaris dealer
