Re: ****HT's Official Em1 Crew Thread****
I'm going to do a custom downpipe set-up. Closed dump with a e-cut. I'd rather get a used manifold because I'm not forking out $600 on a new ram horn. I'd rather spend my money on a spoolin performance log combo kit with downpipe and dump for $600.
I had my eye on a rev hard stage 3 manifold for $240. Now its pending.

ramhorns arent worth the money imo unless you're looking for every tenth of a second in the quarter mile, otherwise you'll never know the difference

It's better to start closer to the top, so to speak than to upgrade later and spend more money. A couple hundred dollars more, and you can have a x00whp supportable manifold, dump and DP. It's cheaper because you already have the turbo.
Just get the best from the start, you won't regret it.

Because of my faux pas in the slammed thread, I must resign from the EM1 crew. I will be selling my car for $5k and buying a little truck or something.

It all depends though, I may end up getting a ramhorn and saying F AC.

If you make 500 on that rev hard manifold you have, I'll be shocked. But I doubt you'll be able to squeeze a 35R on that thing like you have planned.

LOL. After allllllll this time and you telling me to keep A/C and all these stuff to support keeping A/C and now you decide to possibly ditch it. But yeah, I'm almost positive I'm going to ditch it unless I find a inline pro manifold. But, Branden (black EG, green wheels... dude you don't like) called me tonight and gave me a site selling the turbo I want for CHEAP. I should be good for 350ish.

A/C? You have an Si. Windows and sunroof FTW. Inline Pro manifolds can make a bunch o'power. It's a good place to start.
350ish...GT28RS?
