Those are the e-mails in thier entirety. I cannot reccomend these guys anymore, awsome product and GREAT customer service!!

 

isnt there always a tracking # ??

&lt;---- starts looking for new WB option.

what companies like this dont understand is customer service is the breakfast of champions. They may not realize the broad base of users on the internet that can see exactly how "customer service oriented" they are.

Maybe you read the post wrong, but this guy is giving them credit for good customer service.

Does sound kind of deceiving, but he is recommending them.

I guess i could be wrong...... but i work in customer service, and i have NEVER been so short with a customer.

maybe ill continue to look in their direction for WB's

 

i just bought a zietronix wb. only thing i dont like the inability to scale the user inputs. like i use it to watch the map sensor voltage. and i cant scale it to have it display the values that i want only the voltage. but i just made a little refernce sheet that plots the voltage against in/hg and psi and all is well.

from me and i bought my from TWoody. awesome guy and awesome price and awesome service

 

Look at the times, I sent them an email at 11 54 which was replied to PROMPTLY at 12 34. Soon after, at 7 26 (a grand total of about 7.5 hours) i had recieved conformation that my cable had been shipped. I was very frank, and they were also, that is fine. I am SUPER impressed!!

for GREAT customer service.
