Default Re: zc turbo setups (Speedfreak)

how much psi
ZC's can hold 12 psi stock with GOOD engine management. I wouldn't go over 9 or so without a stand alone system.

t3/t4
The turbo you plan to run depends a lot on what you want to get out of it. Do you want a quick spooling street beast with little top end or do you want something with a little lag but serious upper RPM pull? There are probably 20 in between stages as well. What is your ultimate goal?

bottom end built
If you wanna boost over 12psi you'll need a built bottom end.

blockgaurd
Blockguard - good luck finding one for a zc
Block "posting" is a viable alternative though.

fmu
They'll work, but there are much better alternatives for the $$.

aren't all d- series block guards the same? STR makes on for the d-series and i think it'll work for the zc.
