they are working on a script....the reason why you dont build boost is crome cuts fuel not ignition to the cylinders to hold rpm limit

Why can't the creator incorporate all these "plugins" and "scripts"? Why is it that the better packages have everything in them and you don't have to go running around searching for "additional features"?

Oh, and to Xenocron that says that his "package" has everything Hondata S300 does, try using the S300 sometime, then you'll realize that you are wrong. Crome does not have on-board datalogging, and for most race cars, this is not a option, it is a necessity. I don't have a mess of cables with the S300 either, one usb cable, and thats it.

Honestly, for those that have the money and dont want to dick around with Crome's issues, save yourself the hassle and get an S300, Neptune RTP, or something higher end. From a tuner's standpoint, I don't tune Crome because I'm not paying $600 for a dealer version of software that is going to cost me time to sort through its issues, as time is money.

Simple, because then people can add what they want when they want assuming they know what they are doing. Making a whole GUI is a pain in the *** and would take a ton of time. Crome is there, and you can bitch slap it around to do whatever you want via scripts. I'll give a quick example of why this is a fantastic feature. On our FSAE team we use an ECU. It doesn't have half the options Crome does and infact its missing a ton of **** that I would love to use. Now if they incorperated a scripting engine with a half decent writeup I could do whatever I pleased and incorperate some very important functions. No scripting engine means I'd need to call the company to add the features and hope and pray they'd agree to do it in timely fashion.

s300 is subpar for the sheer fact Hondata updates take forever and half the time they aren't correct. Their ECT/IAT corrections are still wrong. There are about 5 other tables(ignition and fuel related) addressing ECT/IAT adjustments they could have provided as well and they simply chose not to because they are lazy. Thats not the right thing to do. This is not a problem with Crome. Hondata would never see a dollar of my money simply for the fact back a couple years ago they let a buggy version come out that caused a hiccup. They left this version on the market for months and did not address the issue even though it was well known. $500+tuning for that. BLEH.
