Default your suggestions

hey guys what would you suggest to do if i want to make my own turbo kit but dont exactly have very much money? buy used parts?

It helps if you can weld a little, talk **** at the junkyard, or bribe diesel mechanics with cocaine or booze into letting you borrow a turbo or two

ya if you know how to weld or have a good friend that knows how and gets payed with food it saves a lot of money. I built my own down pipe and intercooler piping for cheap. All u have to do is buy the flanges and material.

yeah my buddy already told me he'll do my downpipe intercooler piping and new exhaust so that will help some. what about buying like a used intercooler or those main parts is that a bad idea?
