Default pvc intercooler piping

i know this is ghetto but can u use pvc as charge pipes. i live in alabama and the roads r horible so i wanna go as budget as possible. thanx in advance for answering to another dumb *** noob that shoudve done his homework.

Crush bent exhaust pipe would probably be a better bet.

PVC would be a bad mistake...Not to mention the PVC won't disipate the heat well for you either...

As pvc gets hot it releases gasses that would be bad for your engine. Plus it gets soft with heat. It would be "ok" after an intercooler but if your comming right off the turbo it wouldnt be good.

also...check out jcwhitney.com you can do all your charge pipes with mandrel bends for $60. Plus if you spend over $125 you get free shipping so pick up a boost gauge while your there.

PVC your kidding right? I guess you could pick up a lint trap at the hardware store as an intercooler? Then you could run some sink hoses as oil return and such it could be the Home Depot turbo setup.
