Default Y7 + 19t

hey guys

am about to install the 19t kit from greddy and had a few questions...

setup is a 99 civic with the D16Y7

I am wondering at what power level do the D's like to lift the head with the oem head bolts? I have had a Greddy kit a few years ago untuned at 10psi with no head lifting but have heard of it happening at around 200whp on the D's. I am also wondering if you guys think 10psi out of the 19t kit will be safe as a daily driver tuned with emanage and the 310cc's? The car will be tuned at Church's in about 2 weeks, so I think 10psi on a nice safe tune should last quite awhile, but I can drop it to 8psi if it will be safer. My goal is to hit low 14's and maybe maybe a 13.9999999999999 on a day when everything hooks perfectly. BTW it will be intercooled

cliff's notes: at what power level are the heads lifting on the D series? Is 10psi, tuned by church's, gonna put me at a safe power level to be daily driven?

TIA

217whp @ 10psi for over a year with no lifting issues, alot of it has to do with you as a driver as much as the tune/setup.

is that on stock headbolts? what do you mean by me as a driver? do you mean by how many times you stay at high RPM under full boost? I'll be doing maybe 2 full boost pulls per day give or take
