WTF I need help guyz
I got a used T25 turbo kit anf it ran fine for like 3 days then the turbo seals went out. I just got a brand new T25 and got it hooked up. The car smokes like ****. I thought mayeb i hook the oil feed up wrong and changed the but it was wrong and it poured oil all in my exhaust. So i'm going to put them back right tomorrow . The car hasn't been driven since the new turbo went on. Could I have too much oil pressure I have about 30-50 psi at idle and when i'm on it its at 75-90 psi. When I start it cold its at abuot 80 psi help me please guyz this is my daily driver and I need to get it back on the road. Does the oil return have to face straight down. Let me nkow guyz lata
the way i had to mount the turbo its staright back but kinda up a little. It faces u when u open the hood. I tried to rotate the center section do the oil feed is straight up but the compressor outlet hits the manifold . Can i rotate just the center and leave the exhaust side and the compressor side at the same place so the wastegate still mounts and works fine
you can not have the oil retun go up at any point. you can not have it kink either. if you have a dip in the line it could cause oil backpressure in the line and cause the seals to blow in the trubo
