That turbo is good and should reach that hp at its max, worst case scenario you hook up a 50 shot to it. I would prefer a .63 a/r for the street though unless that is you just plan to drag. If you plan on driving mainly on the street just shoot for around 350 hp. Its alot less expensive and thats the point that anymore power would be just useless because there is no more traction. Im assuming you drive a fwd honda.

Edit: oh just saw you have a 94 integra. You might want to think about getting another motor to resleeve unless the current motor is still pretty fresh.

For the second question, the wastegate i bought is a 40mm tial and i bought in the mind set of reaching 400 hp. tial makes larger wastegates though
