boostin GSR

If i had the dyno graph it would show spikes up top of the power curve right near red line. anyone have a clue what this could be? Im going to try to replace my cap/rotor and swap out spark plugs and get a new igniter.. that should cover the ignition aspect. Has anyone experienced this as well?
