Default Wiseco Piston ring gap question?

I have a set of -12cc Wiseco Pistons, .020 over, I called them up and here are the specs they gave me for the Piston Ring gap:
top - .016
2nd .018
Oil - .015

I just want to verify that I actually wrote those down correctly because that gap is huge compaired to OE spec. I do realize it's a high performance ring set and that these pistons do expand, but I didn't realize the ring gap would be so much different. When I mean different, I looked up the OE specs and got this:\

top - .0018-.0028
2nd .0016-.0026
Oil - .008-.020

Thanks!

i'm going to guess that you need to add zeros in you figures... ie

top - .0016
2nd .0018
Oil - .0015

maybe

I have a service manual over here, the reason why I asked is because I didn't know if Forged Pistons + High Performance rings would be different than stock pistons and rings. I know the stock pistons requires a .0004 piston-wall gap while Wiseco recommends a .0035 piston-wall gap.

Edit : I called them and the first time, these were the specs they gave me.

Ring Gap:
Top - .005 For every Inch of the bores Diameter
2nd - .0055 For every Inch of the bores Diameter
Oil - .0015-.0030 For every Inch of the bores Diameter

The bore is 81.5mm or 3.2087 inches.
Top - 3.2087 inches x .005 = .0160435
2nd - 3.2087 inches x .0055 = .01764785
Oil - 3.2087 inches x .0015 = .00481305
Oil - 3.2087 inches x .0030 = .0096261

The top two seem wide, and the Oil doesn't even match up with what the second person told me.

top - .016
2nd .018
Oil - .015
