All depends on the Tuner, the Car, what u have

post a list of your mods

with the right tune and right turbo, u can hit 400whp on a stock block, it's been done before

ya but for how long....

youll be able to hit 400 , but not for long.....i wouldnt push past 350 on stock sleeves if you want any kind of longevity out of the setup. im pretty sure the upgraded bolts are now standard for the eagle rods , but make sure , there have been problems in the past. the piston and rod setup sounds good but make sure you have some good management

400 is not a problem.. what compression is a question.. make sure your timing is somewhat perfect n your fuel as well.. good engine management recomended

depends on your ems and your tunner, and of course up to u.. if u red light to red light wot wont last that long... but i had my kit on for 6 months on stock compression and there was no carbon build up on top of my pistons, and the rings were still like new.. cant wait to run my new setup, im runing 9.7.1 cpr

400whp is nothign crazy on stock sleeves. with a good tune i don't see it being any less reliable than a sleeved block at those power levels.
