I just put my intercooler on.. 93 civic sohc...
damn... it was tough..
i needed to make my own mounts, own pipes... sucks

Now the problem is.. on the right side of the intercooler, where that U bend pipe goes from the turbo...
that U bend pipe is blocking the windshield reservior.......what can i do???

Winter here is damn dirty, i need it...

also... how did u guys cut that grill thing?? damn.. i cut it, and it looks so ugly....
and i hurted my bumper too

i am not very happy with the outcome


Also, do u guys think cops will pull me over if they see my intercooler showing??

what do you mean blocking it? blocking it from what? i cant remember off the top of my head, but i think my intercooler u bend goes below the reservoir. i havent looked in a while.
use an airsaw if ya got one to cut the grille out. anyways, good luck

Yup, the u-bend goes under and behind the resevoir, Greddy intercooler anyways. I just used a razor knife to cut out the grill (pre-turbo), it just takes time, but it's clean. I heard people using dremels.

 

if the U bend goes under the reservior..
it won't fit...

here ill try to explain to the best of my ability

your pipe is shaped like this right?

(intercooler)__| <--pipe

take 1/2 inch off the | end.
so it shortens the overall width of the pipe.

if that isnt clear ill draw you a diagram.

it's already made...

well, i should Cut it THEN reweld it again??
