Will this work til I get engine management?
I got a friend that is going to chip my P75 ECU for a basemap turbo setup. He's got a chip burner. I will be running about 7 PSI on a B18B with most likely...DSM 450 CC injectors or RC 550's...I just wanted to know if anyone has done this and had no probs with the MAP sensor or anything else.
I also wanted to know if I should get the chip burned to make the fuel side a little rich just incase it tries to detonate or something. Let me know what you think...I need your opinions on this. Thanks in advance. (n00b to boost!)

Sounds like a good idea to me.. When you add a little fuel into the map also check the ignition timing in the map to make sure its good.. What tuning software are you going to use, Uberdata?
Sounds like what you're getting is engine management. You're going to have to tune it to avoid the usual problems. Keep this in mind: Your car can be fast and give you no problems without being safe/reliable. If you don't get it tuned, things won't gradually go wrong; your **** will hit the fan in an instant.
All I'm trying to do is get it chipped enough so that it runs rich enough so there is no chance of detonation. I want hondata, but I'll prob have to wait on it. I'm not going to try and run the **** outta my car right after its boosted until I get hondata and get it tuned...but that will be really hard to do after you just boosted. I'm gonna wanna go have fun. So I dunno what I should do.
