Well here's my objective. got the greddy turbo kit and want to rebuild My aim is a max of 16 psi hopefully around 340whp or 350 with the current list I have below. My question is do I really need to sleeve the cylinder walls or not. and also can I go with SRP or JE's themselves for that amount of boost, normal boost setting would be between 10-12 psi and 16 for racing.

Mods: JE or SRP (opinions please) 9:1, eagle rods, 440 or 550 cc injectors with SDS system for management, bosche or holley intank pump, arp headbolts, skunk 2 manifold or hp mani, and race eng blockguard. Anything else you guys would reccomend or is this a good enough setup? Any other suggestions to this setup or additions please let me know. thanks people,
