Will this intercooler be enough?

Found this from a local guy. Just wondering if this will be big enough for my project.

The size is: 29 1/4 X 3 1/2 X 6 1/2.

I have a 2000 LS and I'm doing a custom turbo kit on it. So far I have a T3/T4e turbo and tapped oil pan. I don't really plan on doing crazy boost. 7 psi and maybe the odd occasion 10 or so. Will this intercooler be enough?
