will i notice a big difference with this
on my current set up running 9 lbs. i have a 2" d/p and stock exhaust, i went to the muffler shop and they quoted me 350 for 3"d/p all the way to the muffler w/ a hi-flow cat. So i would just need a 3" muffler. How much would this help? Thanks
going from a 2" dp and stock exhaust to 3" everything from the turbo back is going to be like a night and day difference.
In one word - yes. In two words - HELL YES!
You could find it cheaper tho, exhaust shops like to ream you for work. If you bring all the materials to them, and show them how you want the exhaust made it's usually cheaper. My 3" cat-back only cost $120 total - $70 for bends and lenghts of 3" off of JCwhitney, then $50 for the labor.
