Default RC 310cc and afc hack?

I'm planning on running about 8psi on a t3/t4e on a ls longblock, I was wondering if adding fuel (afc) to the 310 would be enough to sustain 8psi. Or do I definitely need the fmu (I uess 8:1 disk) to provide enough fuel?

Maybe I should trade/sell these for some 450cc?

I used the search but couldn't come up with much. Thanks.

I read that Greddy uses the blue box, would a safc work as well?
I read that 310cc is good to 200-225, wouldn't 8psi on a t3/t4e be very close to the limit?

you might need something bigger.....at least 440cc. you need to go pass -35% on the afc to trick the map sensor....im sure you can find some stuff if you do a search.

Yeah, I'm still stuck on a dilemma.

I don't have enough money for an aem and to complete the turbo kit. So I'm thinking maybe just a fmu (8:1) and these, plus check valves. Or should I go with a SAFC with DSM 450cc and not have to worry about check valves, but I get to adjust the fuel..

I would go with the afc/dsms.
If your really strapped for cash, get an SMC.

Didn't work on mine, running 7 PSI would throw codes all over the place. Might work with like 3 PSI or something

Yeah, I'd rather get the afc since it would have better resale value.

Would I have a harder time starting the car with larger injectors?

Thanks all.

KC GSR, what do you run your idle settings at? -__% on the afc and what fuel pressure. My car takes a bit more turns to start with the 450s.

-25% from 1000rpm and below...i'm have stock fuel pressure. My whole fuel system is stock, the only thing different are the 450s and the afc.

I have a walbro and fpr, once the fuel pump was installed I couldn't get my pressure back to stock, even with the fpr. So I fun pretty rich at idle.
