sure
just keep raising the boost til you hit 300...

450-550 is enough for 300
should see full boost by 4500-5000

sure it may be too big for 300whp but if u tune for it, y not. leave room for extra later. also, since you are going to build the motor, u will obviously make more power by turning the boost up, therefore u will need larger injectors

Why change it later if you can get it done and over with now?

 

your setup is def good for 300whp, some dsm 450cc injectors would be fine if u want to get it done asap
if not go for 750-880cc injectors for later when u want to up the boost on the built motor

 

I'll be running 880cc precision injectors and I'm expecting 400hp! So leave room for later, and always get it tuned, other wise you are wasting your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

get rc 750s. even if you dont pull past 300whp, less duty on the injectors will promote prolongtivity. they arent hard to tune either and idle/part throttle just as good as stock.

 

550cc's or 750cc's. i'm running 550's at 279hp right now. your full boost will be near 4k

 

 

Yep, I agree with the 750's. DSM injectors will get you to about 320-330 whp safely but then it's a shot in the dark. I have seen 550's make 360 at 80ish% duty cycle but if you are building the motor, you will have the ability to make more than that and your turbo will support it so why not get the 750's now. They aren't too much more expensive and they will save you in the long run. My last setup was limited due to injector size and that is a bit annoying on the dyno when you have spent all this cash and you have to stop when it's just getting started because you can't feed it enough gas safely.

 

for the number that you are going for 440's would work too....just being running up there in effieciency....

 

550cc's would work great
should see full boost @ 4,000rpm
u will easily make 300whp on 15psi with that size turbo

 

im running the same turbo, full boost by around 4.5k, im am running 8.8:1 CR.

I run 780cc with only 7psi. Runs good

 

Yup Yup...Y ou should be able to make about 3 ish... I have a pretty similar set up with 880cc injectors with great idle AEM EMS... I made 215 to the wheels and 165 tq at 6psi and with really conservative timing and A/F hittting full boost at about 48000 VTEC at 5400... Going for 300 to the wheels as well on pump gas and expecting to hit it at about a bar of boost next weekend... Good Luck

 

my set up is 440 rc injetors t3 t4 turbo boosting 8psi i made 272to the wheel and 205 torq boosting 9psi i made 301 to the wheel and 225 torq i think youll be fine
