PSI is irrelevant. Different turboes are going to make different power leverls at different PSI numbers. You should be more concerned with how aggressive your motor can be tuned before something breaks

There are a few good turbo shops in your area, I would advise you to find a shop to tune your car and make sure they deal with Hondas.

If your car is untuned and stock, you shouldnt be seeing any boost unless you like rebuilding engines. Once it is tuned properly, you could be somewhere in the 12-14psi range which will net you about 300whp. The pressure to get there is irrelevant...power is what kills engines
