will effectiveness of intercooler suffer if i paint it?
i am just wondering how much the effectiveness of the intercooler would go dow, if at all, if i paint it black. i am planning on having a fmic on an EG civic and i want it to be a total sleeper.
any onther ways of hiding a fmic?
thanks!

This will hurt performance. I was originally doing that but then my roommate pointed out that it would get clogged with dirt and debris rather easily blocking airflow. Not to mention if it got wet how much crap would stick to it. IMO anodizing or painting is your best option.

Re: (Kwuaymaikrup)
doesnt affect anything. just as long as you put on thin layers at like a 45 degree angle, the paint only ends up touching the surface of the IC instead of going into it.
