Default WIERD PROBLEM WITH IDLE.. EXPERTS HELP!!

My car has ben bosted for about a month now, no problems up until today while i was driving (wasnt in boost) as usual, and as soon as i put my car in neutral my rpm jumps to 3k without me being on the gas. I pulled over, turn off my car, and checked under the hood, everything seemed normal. I start up my car again goes back to 3k at idle. I tapped on the gas and it starts rising up to 4k+. I decided to drive it to my friends auto shop to have him check it out and as soon as i drive for a little my idle goes back to normal. What do you think caused this? I searched and the best bet is the injector seals, Im running lucas 440cc injectors and the seals i believe didnt fit perfectly. Can someone help?

My setup:
Rev-Hard mani
Turbonetics t3/t4
Tial WG
Blitz BOV
Hondata S200B (tuned)
etc.

are you using an afc controller to control the injectors? This happened to me along time ago and I changed the hi and low rpm's were they cross over and messed with it for a while and problem was fixed. Also check all of your vac.

u just got it tuned? and what ecu are you running. its probably the ecu, if u just got tuned.

u forgot to unplug a sensor b/c obd1 ecu (i am pretty sure u are using, cauz thats all hondata uses) doesnt have it. its a sensor on the intake manifold...i forgot what it is. but symptoms of it are idel being off and it kind of jumps for no reason from 1.5k to 5k. weird, do some research and it will come up. pm me, maybe ill remeber later

Try takin off the IACV and making sure there isnt carbon buildup. I had some idle issues and mine were do to the cloggin of the IACV.
