Default wideband o2 placement

just want to know if i run my o2 to close to the turbo if i will have any issues like not reading properly or burning out the o2's fast.. here is a pic of what my down pipe looks like http://www.atpturbo.com/Mercha...e=MDP
im going to use the one on the top of the bend if i can. or i can just put a new one in down at the bottom back side of the motor if this is going to cause me problems

PLX says 24" from turbo is ideal..

you dont want it that close like in the picture.

12-18 inches and get a NTK sensor if you dont have one.

I have mine 6" from the turbo, it would overheat the sensor and it would shut down.

Ended up heat wrapping the down pipe and using the innovate heat sink, I haven't had a problem since.
