Default wideband issues

i have a zeitronix zt2 and when i start my car its reading 21 solid..

what the hell is going on. one thing, i mounted it right on the end of the open downpipe, like 3" from where the exhausts exits.

anyone know what the hell is going on?

does the car need to be warmed up totally or what?

1.) There is about a one minute warmup time
2.) Taht close to the atmosphere the sensor may be contaminated by fresh oxygen. That's why exhuast leaks read lean on a wideband too.
3.) 02 sensor maybe going out.
