Default Wich bearings?

I was just wondering what would be the best bearing for my boosted d16y8? I plan to run 15 to 22 psi.. would OEM bearings hold up to that? are the ones on ebay any good? thanks

oem are best. you can get away with using acl's if you measure and the oil clearance is ok for it.. if not then use oems.

OEM all the way and the ONLY way

other companies only sell STD and oversize bearings, and they never give you the right clearances

Piston manufacturers only sell std or oversized pistons. It's your machine shop that gives them the right clearances, not the pistons. It's the same with bearings.

If I had to give advice on which bearings to use, I'd say the right sized ones.

anyone else have any suggestions?

I've also read things about what color the bearings are rated at? what color would be the best? where can I see this color chart? are teflon coated bearings worth the extra money?
