Default why nitrous good with high compression ??

just wondering because usually with turbo we lower the compression so we can higher boost
so why nitrous works better with high compression ?

basically its because more compression will yeild more hp. Even running higher compression on turbo will yeild more hp than the same amount of boost with lower compression. People just lower the compression on turbo motors to increase safety, and generally you can run more boost then with the lower compression. It all depends on how much tuning you do. In theory you could run as much compression as you want with turbo or nitrous, or both, as long as its tuned well.

nitrous runs well with high compression due to it's cooling of the intake charge

so why nitrous works better with high compression ?
You can also run fuel cells with race gas and only supply your fuel rail with the top shelf fuel when you are spraying. Also, nobody would ever drop their compression to run alot of nitrous on a street car. Instead we keep or raise the cr from stock and knock the timing back until it quits detonating.
