Default what compression ratio to go with?

i have a stock b18b.....cant decide to go turbo or nos. if i went turbo what would be a good compression ratio to go with? and with nos? about to rebuild block as soon as possible so if you guys could try and help me out.

Well it all depends on you and what kind of fuel managment you have. The higher the compression the faster spool with a turbo which equal less lag. However on that note, the higher the compression the easier it is to blow **** up if you dont have proper fuel management and timing. I personally like high compression and lower boost amts. Most people play it safe with something like a 9 to 1 compression on most forced induction cars. If you are planning to run around 7-10psi then i would say go with 10 to 1 compression.
