yeah, same points on the drains. They're breathers when it's under pressure and drains when it's not.

pretty cool set up. did you put your battery inside or by the front tires? i was just doing the math in my head on how much that cost, not including your time LOL

Tony can u have 4 ports off the valve cover and both catch cans draining back to behind the block?

Right now I have endyne coming from back of the block with drain and second one off the valve cover with no drain.

Yeah, battery is up front on the drivers side, behind the blinker. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to add up the parts, this gets pretty expensive doing it this way! haha

Turbocivic, just remember the drain only works off gravity, you have to look at it and make the call on if it'll work or not.

makes sense joe, mine wasnt acting up at all at e-town, but when i was hitting the .70's at atco, i started seeing a little puke on it.

hey tony, are you selling that setup? may be interested, if i relocate my batt into the bumper.

Reason I ask is cause on endyne kit 2 hoses are going into catch can and one is coming back into the same hose. If its draining back into the same hose as feed to the catch can. I'm assuming its going up into the catch can and that's why its puking.

I could duplicate it. I just added up the price for the parts and came up with about $475 by themselves. Figure another 2-3 hours to build it all. I'll build a "kit" for $675. Probably won't have to keep too many on the shelf! haha

It doesn't drain while there is crankcase pressure, it drains when the car stops or is cruising. I also tried a ball valve on the drain line with the endyn, thinking it was picking the oil up from there and pushing it up, same deal open or closed, didn't fix it. I tried putting the fittings in the back of the valve cover and the drain in the block, same deal.

damn, thats some coin...
both my brother and i run the head and crankcase vents that we produce. we run baffeling at the inlets and at the top/filter. we also designed it to have no return for the simple reason of not have contaminated oil. they have worked very well so far, granted we're not doing some crazy horse power (about 400whp on both setups). good topic.

It could be done alot cheaper w/o stainless lines and stuff. Gotta figure, that's 6 -10 lines, so 12 -10 weld on bungs, 12 -10 hose ends, and about 13' of -10 ss hose. Not to mention 3 filters at $20/ea and the alum plate to build the box. Then the material for the baffling inside.

oh yeah, for sure. we have the option of doing weld-on -AN fittings, or making bungs for 5/8 hose (use 3/8" or 1/2" NPT bungs for this). its budget, but functions just as well. i prefer the clean look though...

How fast have you run at the track? I never had problems on the dyno, only at the track. What turbo are you running?

Im going to have to see if i can play with mine.. when i hold it up to light i can see gap around only 1 half (side) and other not.. maybe its not pefectly centered.

Mines a 70mm im stuck with the stock 52mm or whatever :/

Sorry i misunderstood your catchcan setup, mine does dump a bit after a hard pull down the track.. But im not running nearly as fast as you.

...Z10 makes a nice breather kit but for boosted cars makin big H.P. you might wanna get two of em. one for the valve cover and one for the block, You can see that setup in the pic. of Joe Simpons car. OR you can go crazy like the one Tony made.
