Default Who makes T4 B-series manifolds?

I did a search, don't think about it!

Anyway... I'm curious to know who makes some of the *nicest* B-series T4 manifolds. I will be running a T4/60-1 and wouldn't mind equal-length... or log style. If any of you have pics of your T4 manifolds, I'd appreciate it.

Jinx... any pictures of it? I know you're affiliated with them so I figured you'd have them, if anyone.

Also... is it possible to coat these manifolds with something flat black? I can't stand the "brown" rusty looking color of say... the Maxrev or DRAG manifolds...

they took some photos but they're not on the internet yet. might be able to get you one sometime next week. you should be able to coat it with some very high temp paint.

Ahhhhh yeeeahhhh... BTW... any idea where it will place the T4/60-1 as far as the block goes? I know with a T3 manifold equipped with a 60-1... theres some block notching to do. Any idea if this manifold puts the turbo toward the front of the car a bit more t clear the block?

I'm also curious to see if they will be making a downpipe for this.

on a race style <11sec car keep the compressor on the driver's side, otherwise it sucks in hot air from behind the radiator. To do this, you will need a half radiator and not have any AC or powersteering, but its the technically right way to set up a high power turbo car. The maxrev ones only look rusty if they are not polished.

i have 2 t4 manifolds like this in stock.

I will not be using A/C or P/S in this car. It's going to be a "street" car... aiming for as deep into the 10's as possible. Ever seen an air filter on the compressor with it facing the drivers side? This is going to be driven on the road... and I'd hate to suck a cat into the turbo.

Also... who makes 3 inch downpipes for these manifolds?

its far easier to put a filter on the turbo if the compressor is on the drivers side, just put a filter on the turbo thats it! no pipes or tubes, ill get you a pic tomorrow if you would like of a car with a k&n

i make 3" dp for my manifolds

that is the cast prototype. they are flawless. i have one on my car. i took the older t4 prototype off to replace it with that one. the new ones will not change other than to add "inlinepro's" name on it. if you get one of these, you will not be dissappointed. lots of clearance for installation and turbo fit. no notching of the block. i have a 62-1 and it fits with plenty of room to spare. that car pictured just made over 360 to the wheels on a regular ***, non ball bearing, 60-1, t4 turbo @ only 16 pounds. thats with afc/fmu. full boost well before 6000 rpms. not bad for no engine management and about 20 minutes of tuning.

you will not be dissappointed.

Huh? Ok, the Drag is cast so I can get a tiny bit of rust, but the Maxrev? They're stainless...

I think he is trying to say that the maxrev mani looks rusty when not polished...i dont think he ment that it rusted.

Exactly. I'm very **** about looks as well as performance... and I can't stand uneven brown coloring on some of the manifolds I've seen. I prefer a flat black finish... or even the Inlinepro coloring, (if it'd stay looking like that).

Gotcha....that's why I've been polishing my comp housing/intake mani/valve cover for months now

Same will go for the Maxrev if they ever sell me one...

(trying to see how many hints I have to drop before they finally do call me - of course it's been so long now I spent the money I had set aside for that on something else!)

my question is, why are you worried about T4 housings when there are several T3 turbo variants that support 450-500+hp?
