Default Who could give me a good contact at AEM who is on H-T ( problem with my AEM EMS )

I have this problem since I bought my EMS like 3 years ago...

The first time I got in the car to drive it I had no speedometer ?? So I was like mmmh ok I will solve this problem later, and later, and later......

So every winter I take a look at my wires, sensors etc... all seems to be fine. Last winter I took the car at TappAuto for my tuning session and I asked him to take a look at the problem but he is also sure that all is okay. We spend 1 hour to see if the signal was going into the wires etc... So he said that the problem is into the EMS and he have no doubt about it even if he tuned hundred of them....

I think that I bought my EMS the first year they came out ( I have to get the serial number on the box to be sure )

So could you give me the name or the nickname of someone that could take a look at my EMS. Im ready to ship it to AEM but I just want to send it to someone that will get the EMS in the good departement and will return it to me safely.

I would really appreciate !

Mat

I think Katman does. That is his name on here. He helped me out when I was having problems with mine.

dude just call AEM's EMS tech support line and request an RMA number.

They will give you an RMA # and then you can return it. Their turn around time is EXCELLENT - they repaired and returned my EMS box in under 10 days all they way across the country at ZERO charge to me (I paid shipping to them, they paid shipping back).

its for a D16Z6 the serial number is 1000-0192

Yeah I know that the EMS do NOT control the cluster but its like if the EMS dont get the signal from the VSS... like for the boost vs speed etc... anyway with my stock ECU the speedometer is fine.

no idea... the ecu and cluster get the signal from the same place, the ecu reads the same signal as the cluster. is everything else reading fine in the ems?
