Default White smoke from exhaust and valve cover breather...

I did a search and was not unable to get any real clear cut information, but know several people have had similar issues but did not post what resolved them.
I'm getting some white (not real white but more white then anything) smoke from my exhaust and valve cover breather filter occassionally, ususally when the car is realtively cold, but sometimes when fully warm as well. The motor has about 1000 miles on it since installing new Arias 9 to 1 pistons, an Inlinepro blockguard and a new OEM headgasket. During the 1st 750 miles I babaied it and ran it Normally aspirated, for the past 250 I've been running 4psi of boost. It runs perfectly fine, no codes, no overheating, does not burn or leak any oil either.
Thanks for any information.
Mark
