Where is my weakness in my setup?
2000 ITR
Turbo Stuff:
Full race kit (t3/67) (intercooler/piping is anodized, manifold/turbo is jethotted, dp is wrapped)
tilton twin disc clutch (ceramic)
1000cc percison injectors
hondata s200b
Walbro 255hp (i think this will be my downfall) - what is a good alternative?
Digital 6+ w/ all msd crap (stock wires)
Greddy Profec b (1st gen)
thermal 3" exhaust
Civic core C&R radaitor w/ 14" mr gasket fan (1800cfm)
Engine: (building this as we speak, should be done in 2 weeks, still waiting on parts and ordering)
Dart 84.5mm Standard Deck Block
ITR crank (should i micropolish and balance) - Isnt it already balanced?
Full race Rods (manley)
CP 84.5mm 9.0:1 compression
GE 84.5mm Head gasket
AEBS head studs
NEW timing belt, itr oil and water pump
ITR head, port and polish, 3 valve angle job, supertech valves/retainers/springs
Fluids:
Clutch = Motel 600, (was having problems with clutch slave cylinder, heating up so much)
Brakes = ATS Superblue
Tranny = Stock honda fluid
Coolant = Stock honda coolant
Oil = Castrol 5w30 (for break in), Modil 1 5w30 super synthetic
What is more likely to fail?!?! Is this mainly a bullet proof setup for lets say just normal street beating.. only 10psi..

The weakness is gonna be having to pay off that credit card bill?
****, looks good to me...maybe axles?
I think its cool you have a dart setup for a 10psi t3/67 street car. You really take the "do it right the first time" thing to heart huh?

I still hold the belief that you push X or something.
Good God, never seen a college student (I'm one, and I know a lot on here) with that kind of budget and "his own" money.

controlling traction is gonna be your weakness, id go w/ some type of boost per gear/speed boost controller, cuz i bet you wont just stop at 10 psi on the street

1.) Traction
2.) Axles. I didn't notice them listed.
3.) LSD, I know the R has one compared to a Quiaffe they are weak.
Other then that it's a awesome set-up, it should do you very well.

What this guy said. I know the avc-r has gear dependent boost settings, but i'm not sure of another.
Edit...avcr is rpm based boost control

And i want meant about the 10psi. The car will more then likely be driving on 10psi daily..
I dont want to put the limits of pump gas, on street, there is no point imo..
I do want to run the car at local events, in the street class..

You just have to know at what MPH you switch to the next gear, and you can do GBB like that. Im not a big fan of the AVCR boost uncontroller. Id rather go w/ something simpler like a dual stage turbo XS.

well if dual stage is the case, i could just use my profec b. just setup the high boost button

I do need the titlon hyraclic bearing upgrade..
anyone knows who will carry them??
I had previous problems with the stock slave cylinder failing, due to heat from my turbo..

Profec w/ high boost button would be sweet. Cost effective, Proven, and consistant.
