Default Where to get Boost Guage Fittings (not T), That screw onto the back of the boost guage




Anyone know where i might be able to get these local? Anyone got a pic of what i should be looking for?

any parts store has them, try advance, i got one from there, u just gotta look.

Yeah, its a fitting that compresses the little ball inside right? Should i get the one that goes to normal vaccum like or the one that goes to the plastic lines that it came with?

Advance Auto Parts will have it, maybe Pepboys also. Its a kit with plastic line and a few fittings to use, its made my Sunpro.

I just ran a regular vac. line off the outlet and my gauge seemed a little more responsive.

i got one last week at a local true value hardware store, think its a 1/8inch fitting, just bring the guage in there

its 1/8 npt. i used a ss paintball line to run from it to my vac manifold.

I've never had good luck with that autometer **** line. It kinks, and you'z screwed. I always use a regular rubber vac hose and fit it over a barb fitting on the back of the gauge.

Home depot is where I get the fittings. Plumbing section.

I agree...the autometer nylon line is a joke....I'd run either a stainless braided or rubber silicone line

just go to the hardware store (ace even Napa or autozone) and get 1/8" compression fittings. I replaced my plastic lines with copper hard lines witch IMO are much easy to work with when you are faced with difficult mounting locations because the hard line can bend very tightly without kinking.
