Where to get a 3'' resonator?

Re: Where to get a 3'' resonator? (Etylorcen)
Check with Dave at SMSP.
We'd discussed 3" before, though he will most likely have to odrer it for you himself
since it's not one of the usual sizes he uses.
I'd like to know since I also have a 3" thermal arriving in a few days. Ed

I used an 18" long magnaflow 6" round muffler as a resonator for my thermal. I barely got it to fit where the stock resonator goes, it sticks out the bottom about 2.5-3", but it works. If you want one, just search google for the best price. It's still pretty loud for me even though I have the resonator, carsound cat, turbo, and stealth mod...but the resonator did make a difference.

Can you send your muffler back to thermal to get them to insert the stealth mod after you purchase it?

No, a streight thru resonator will not make the sound much quieter. A cat is much better to quite down he sound.
BTW: You guys can order some parts from Europe and spend some money overe here. I have spent my whole money the last year to USA

I think those are cheap glass pack resonators. Anyone else know of a good place to pick up one? Preferably magnaflow or dynomax.

Where did you guys order your magnaflow resonators? I'm in the same boat as you guys, and I'm trying to decide on a resonator for the thermal. Anyone else have any experience w/ any other brands of resonators? The magnaflow seems like it's going to be a little too large.. 6" diameter is huge. Thanks
