Default where does everyone buy the programmer(burner for uberdata)

let me know where to buy it. also does it come as a complete kit or do i have to piece it together thanks and hhow much is it

I got one from moates. YOu pretty much have to get a burner and it also ends up being the most expensive part of Uberdata at $55-80. I have this one and it very easy, fast andno problems. The wilhelm (sp?) burner on ebay is cheap but you have to piece it together and if even one part is out of place it won't work. I say spend the extra $20 or so and not have to hassle. Your choice though. GL.

it plugs into a serial port, through a data cable or printer cable.

i got my willem enhanced for 50 shipped on ebay. works fine.

I use the Pocket Programmer 2 since I have all the Hondata stuff. It works just fine.

29C256 are the chips you need. They're available from http://www.moates.net . I order the chips and low-profile ZIF sockets from there.

It is kinda ugly.. But on digikey they sell project boxes so you can put it into that and make a nice looking burner out of it..

DIGI-KEY is a good place for stuff, I just my ZIF sockets, chips, and etc. Fast shipping, good prices.

Yep.. Also they have everything known to man for electronics(and probably some stuff not known)..
