where can i find a spare block for rebuild
Well,
those that have been reading, ive been working on my summer plans. what do you guys think of mating a b18c block to my b16 head? i figure if im gonna do it, might as well incrase the block.
so where can i get my hands on a block to send to golden eagle or dartons?

im trying to avoid downtime with my one-six. and eventually im gonna want more power, it would probably be cheaper to find a new block, then stroke mine, is it not?

I can usually russel up some blocks if you guys want to pay for em, I know a guy who hoards them, let me know and if youre in upsate NY how long of a drive is it for you to Toronto, are you in buffalo?

I know someone selling a 99 B18C1 block right now, its a bare block with crank. A couple of the oil squirters are bent but its a totally legit motor, good for a build up.
THe thing is this guy isnt that desperate to sell it. So its at $800 for this block right now.
just wanted to throw this out there if you really need it that bad.

I was in your situation around 2 weeks ago. I needed to find a spare B18C1 block so I could get on the Golden Eagle groupbuy. I found 3 blocks on thepartstrader.com At first there was only one listed. But I kept checking back daily for the next week and one popped up and was in my state. The average prices I found for GSR blocks was right around 600. If you can spare the time, just keep looking around and you'll find one for a reasonable price.

I HAVE A B16 BLOCK FOR SALE ON EBAY RIGHT NOW, WITH A BUY IT NOW OF 250 CHECK IT OUT, IT IS COMPLETE FROM THE HEADGASKET DOWN. I KNOW YOU DON'T NEED THE INTERNALS BUT $250 AINT BAD!

A buddy of mine is selling his block with eagle rods and endyn pistons for $700. It is in perfect working condition. I believe the block is b16a.

search for 94+ integra LS engines / engine blocks, get info from search and call around.... getting prices there, you'll find many sources but may find a super deal.
